What an exciting couple of days it has been for the UK! I've spent the last few days glued to the TV watching all the news coverage on the birth of the royal baby and like the rest of the country congratulate Kate and Wills on their gorgeous new arrival. Today me and Sonia took a trip into London and as well as soaking up the buzz around Buckingham Palace (there will be more photos up in a few days) went on a bit of a shopping spree around the Soho area. The weather was forecast to be warm but cloudy so I decided to wear something that would keep me cool but nothing too "summer". I bought this top from Topshop very recently and it's very different to everything else I own, the hot pink colour is not something I would usually gravitate towards but with all shades of pink looking to be huge for A/W, I decided to dabble in the trend early. As the top is very feminine l I juxtaposed it with a pair of leather style shorts. I think the mixture of the hot pink knit works well with the leather as well as the studded boots as they stop the outfit from being too overpoweringly girly.

  5. Ah, pink and black. It's a color combination from my teen ages, when it were the colors of emo teens) Never understood all the hate this colors got after the popularity of this sub-culture. I think pink and black look cute together. I would definitely wear this outfit for my https://essays.solutions/ party.
